Our Christmas miracle came early this year

I'm just got back from my follow up fetal echo and growth scan at CHOP and they told me I can consider myself just a normal pregnant person again!
The vents have stablized and have actually gotten smaller since the measurements they taken at 18 weeks. The vents are still enlarged but normal size is 10 mm and right now they are at 12 and 13 (were 15 and 14 at 18 weeks). They are unsure if it truely is aqueductal stenosis anymore because if it was the measurements for sure would have increased.
The doctor said this baby would not have any severe mental restrictions because of this and would more than likely be perfectly healthy and NORMAL. And based on how things are going baby would not need surgery right after birth to put a shunt in the brain. And most likely would never need it. The fetal echo also came back great. They see no problems with the heart or walls and they are not concerned at all.
I don't have to worry about an early c-section anymore and can proceed with normal care and delivery with my ob.
I am so overwhelmed by this good news and am still having trouble processing this. After all we have gone through and all the stress and worry it is hard to believe this is really true.
Based on the info and options we were given 10+ weeks ago this is nothing short of a miracle. When the doctor told us, my Mom and I burst into tears and have been crying happy tears all afternoon.
Thank you ladies so much for all your love and support through this very trying time. Someone was def looking out for my little girl and listening to everyone's T+Ps.
My baby shower is tomorrow afternoon and I am so happy I get to tell all my friends and family the good news. Lots to celebrate now.

5 REs + 3 surgical hysteroscopies for septum/lap + 3 failed IUIs
IVF w/ICSI/AH & acu = BFP!, unexplained spontaneous m/c @ 8w2d (our little girl),
FET w/acu = BFP!, B/G twins!, lost MP @19w, dx w/funneling cervix @20w,
twins nearly lost to IC @21w, saved by rescue cerclage, 17P & 16w of bedrest

~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~
Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #5: MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #6: (New RE): Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN
FET#1: BFN
L- im so so happy for u guys! It truly makes me think that miracles can really happen.
