30 DS Check-in (Thurs)

Good morning!

My day 4 of level 1 = completed. I feel like I'm more than 4 days in, but alas, upon double checking my last post, that's it. BUT it is definitely starting to get easier! Don't get me wrong, it's not easy. Just not quite as hard. And although I don't necessarily feel as if I look any different yet, I'm feeling better about myself. I'll take what I can get at this point.

In reference to yesterdays posts...

Doodle2011: Maybe that can be a little motivation for you? Getting started is the hardest part! After that it's all good changes and happy feelings. Wink

Aliciamccool: Good for you for fighting through the dread! I'm right there with you. And I totally agree that it's easier to just keep it up daily...taking a couple days off totally throws me off, too.

Pawtech09: I think it's smart to start slow and gradually build up your strength and endurance. And walking is a great way to get some exercise in! I take DS and do it, too. Although, I will admit that my pace probably wouldn't be considered much in terms of "exercise" sometimes. But I figure it's better than not doing anything!

  • You are doing great!  I had to work a 12 hour day yesterday so I didn't do anything.  I am going to try tonight while dinner is in the oven though.

  • Day 3 level 1 DONE!  Actually did all the side lunges with arm raises today!  Going to NYC this weekend so I'll have to take Saturday off (bus trip starts at 6AM!) but I'm hoping to squeeze a workout in tomorrow before I leave.
