Which birthday party favor?

I think we are doing a train theme for DS's 2nd birthday in January.  Here are a couple options I have come up with for favors.  Which do you like best?  Any other ideas?

1) Train Whistle and Conductor's Hat.

2) Toy Train (Probably Thomas, etc.), stickers or other small things.  (I could do the squirty bath toy trains for the babies.)

    #1.  My boys love anything dress up.  I would eventually toss the whistle, but they would love it while they had it!

    #2.  We did DD"s 3rd birthday party at a train store and each kid got a wooden train that they could color on while at the party along with some snacks to take home and it was a big hit.

    either of those are great ideas. DS loves trains. How many kids will be at the party because the thomas trains can get expensive.

    #1. DS still loves to put his hat on and blow his whistle while sitting in a box or laundry basket.

    I am Turkey Lurkey... b/c it sounded better than Cocky-Locky.
