I think the culprit of my m/s is my prenatal vitamins. Every time I take them, I get sick. I had been taking regular adult vitamins with a high amount of folic acid, but I just bought these last week. I did a test- yesterday, I took regular vitamins, no sick. This morning, prenatals=very sick. They are PrimaCare One brand
So.... what brand do you take ?

I take prenate essential. It's prescription left over from my last pregnancy. I had MS very bad and the prenatals made it worse. I find that the prenatals with the plastic type coating are better because they don't have such a horrible taste or smell.
I choose to do prescription instead of over the counter because my insurance makes it a lot cheaper than over the counter. I only pay about $5 a month!
My BFP Chart
I've been taking the Women's One A Day pre-natals with DHA for over a year and like PPs said, try taking them at night.

I really like the VitaFusion gummy prenatals. They don't make you sick at all. When I was PG with DS I started taking the One a Day Prenatals & they made me soooo sick. But the VitaFusion gummies don't & I can take them any time of the day. The only thing with the gummies is that you have to take an iron supplement with them because it's not in the gummy.
