Everything is great. Our little MAN is 1/2 baked and we are over the moon. This week has been the first where strangers have been asking me if I'm expecting which is a wonderful feeling. Our focus now is on getting the nursery ready. We have all our furniture, so now we just have to get all our office stuff out and paint the walls. He'll be here soon. I can't believe how fast time is flying by!
Hi ladies! Hope you are all keeping well this week. As always, I'm wishing you all lots of luck and cheering you on.
I had a wonderful u/s appointment yesterday. They were checking to see if my low-lying placenta had moved out of the way, and the tech said it has! I will see my OB on the 20th to confirm, but so far it's looking good for no c-section! Little Ashley is measuring right on track, and we had them confirm that she most definitely is a girl! She had her eyes open at the u/s, which is such a strange thing to see, but wonderful at the same time. She has fat on her body now, so she looks a lot more like an actual little person, I think yesterday's appointment was the best one I've had yet.
Have a great week ladies! I'll let my BMB know this post is up!
Isla is 6 months and she finally had a tooth poke through after a miserable week that included her shots and a cold. Poor thing. She is trying to crawl, rolls around like a fool, giggles/smiles all the time, is attempting her 'miss america wave' and some clapping if encouraged. She also likes to read.
Everything is going well here in my 11th week. Time has really flown by. We finally told our parents over the weekend. We sat them down and said "We have an early Christmas present for you." We gave each set of parents a card that said Grandparents-to-be with a copy of the u/s pic inside. My mom swore she knew what was coming, but I don't know. Everyone was so happy for us, and we are so happy that our families are "in the know" now.
We will be telling our friends this weekend, as we are having a Christmas party to announce the news to all at once. Can't wait! Then the week after we have our NT scan on the 14th. I am waiting patiently for that too.
I'm obviously so far from pictures, but wanted to post in my first-ever grad check-in!
After a low 1st beta, my numbers have been climbing well. And I feel fine so far, so all is good here! Waiting for my first appointment (Dec. 19) feels interminable, but oh well. I've got plenty of end-of-semester work to keep me busy!
Tina, you look fantastic! Many congrats on your little guy!

BFP #1 August 23
Morning ladies! I'm doing great! Most of the nausea is gone, and some of my energy is coming back so that is a good thing, especially since Christmas is right around the corner. Nothing new to report. I have stretching pains (like a dull cramping sensation) nearly all day so baby is making "home" bigger. My short torso is not lending itself well to the re-arranging of my internal organs so I look huge already and I'm only 12w6d today. I have actually lost 2lbs due to nausea and food aversions, but the doctor said that is normal. We go for another appt. on Dec. 14th.
congrats to all the new BFP's out there and YAY for all the progress you Grad mama's are making!

I haven't checked in for weeks now! All is going very well for me (knock on wood!). Baby boy, Grant Joseph, is kicking, squirming and letting momma know he's ok. Poor kid gets the hiccups about three times a day! It's getting hard to do my daily chores and whatnot - time for DH to chip in!! My baby shower is this weekend and I'm very excited for it. Tomorrow is my last four-week prenatal, I'll start going every two weeks now... so we're getting there!
Hope everyone is doing well and healthy. I love lurking to see BFPs and helping fellow CBEFM ladies.
He's doing all the normal baby stuff.. Rolling non-stop until he pukes, getting pissed off that he can't crawl, screaming when I don't shovel food into his mouth fast enough, yada yada. He's an awesome kid though.

M/S is back with a vengance. It is not as bad as it was, but it's still here. However, I am taking it as a sign that everything is still going well with the bean in there. Nothing too much new to report. Regular pants no longer fit me and I have an actual bump. I have an apt tomorrow night and then I'll schedule my anatomy scan for sometime right around Christmas. I'm very excited to make sure everything is growing and looking normal, and of course finding out if this is going to be a little he or she!!

17w3d here! I'm sure DH really appreciates that he doesn't have to do all of the housework anymore
This past Thursday I felt Nugget moving for the first time! At first I had thought that it was just a gas bubble, but then it happened again, and later on while I was watching TV it felt like popcorn popping right below my belly button. Saturday I felt it more intensely when I laid down to go to sleep, and even got 2 or 3 distinct taps amidst the fluttering. Now I look forward to the evening so much, so I can relax and watch TV or lay down for bed and feel the movement I can't wait until I can feel it more strongly.

I have planned for a vbac this whole pregnancy, but now that I am at the end, I am just over it all. Doc schedule my rcs for next tuesday. Hopefully she will show up on her own before that, but if not, I know there is an end in sight and I will have a baby in my arms this time next week. Other than that, I am just big and tired. Going to see my OB today for a routine check up. Excited to hear baby again on the doppler. Sometimes between appointments I feel like I'm not pregnant anymore since I haven't had morning sickness in a long time and feel completely normal. But that bump is there and there's no denying that!
We'll be finding out the gender just before christmas and we're going to have a bakery make a gender reveal cake. We'll find out the sex along with DH's family on Christmas eve.

All is well here with our little June Bug and I! I'll be 11 weeks this week. Time seems to be going slow right now. I just want to be out of 1st Tri. We see our Midwife on Tuesday next week and from there we'll schedule the ultrasound and blood work for the genetic testing. So hopefully by Friday next week we'll get to see our little one again! Once we have that ultrasound and know there's still a heartbeat, we're coming out of the pregnancy closet so to speak lol I can't wait to tell our friends & extended family.
Still no bump yet but I definitely do not fit into ANY of my pants so I've had to switch to maternity pants and DAMN they are comfortable! I'm going to start taking bump pics at 12 weeks. Prior to 12 weeks it's all just been bloat for me so there's no point.
Hope all is well with you ladies and wishing for holiday BFP's all around!
I haven't checked in in awhile, so hopefully so of you remember me! I am 13 weeks today - baby is the size of a peach! M/S has started to slow down, but some days I am just as sick as I was a month ago. I've also been able to stay up past 8pm the past week so my enegry must be coming back!

Hi ladies! I posted last week about Noah's arrival! He is now 3 weeks old today and it's crazy to think that just a few weeks ago, I was thinking today would be my induction date. We have had a rough road so far. Noah had jaundice and needed light therapy for 4 days. Luckily we could do that at home with a rental bili bed. His weight is finally getting back to his birth weight. He's starting to eat better. We tried breastfeeding, but he just didn't get the latching thing down. So I am pumping now, and that's going ok. And he seems to have trouble burping after feedings, which causes more frequent gas bubbles and spit-up episodes. Otherwise, we are doing good! Congrats to all of the recent grads and best of luck to thoses mamas close to meeting their babies! It's an amazing experience!!!

TFAS Sept 2012
Made so many amazing bump friends along the way... Congrats to my bump besties and IRL friends..sbuxsweetie (Colin is here, and is going to be a big brother!),kellbranc (Luca is growing so fast) and lots of prayers and baby dust to willamina (HUGS) So blessed to have met these ladies!!!
Things are great. We are so thrilled to be having a boy! I have been feeling pretty good, full of energy and no issues. I am just so happy to have made it this far and I am very confident that things will continue.
I love seeing all the updates, the new BFP and the March moms who I still stalk on occasion
Congrats on a little boy! I have been a stalking slacker lately... So so great to see you are issue-free
Half-baked over here! Nothing new to report. I'm still adjusting on expanding even though I haven't gained a single pound (my son hates junk food apparently) so I feel like a freak science experiment.
Congrats to all the new TTGP grads!! I'm rooting for all of you TTGP ladies!!!
Most people are guessing boy! I have no idea... I did have a dream last night that it was a boy. I guess we'll see soon
I don't even know if anyone around here remembers me, but here is a pic of my Maddy who is 3 months old today:)
