We ended up bringing home a container of really good baked ham from DH's Grandma's funeral luncheon yesterday and would like to make some kind of ham and cheesey potatoes dish. (au gratin or scalloped, maybe) Anybody have a good recipe they would like to share?

Re: Ham and Cheesey Potatoes recipe?
I sometimes make cheesey ham potatoes like this:
(in crock pot for about 4-5hrs/low)
bag of hasbrown potatos (diced ones), 1 onion(diced) 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, or you can use broccoli cheese soup too. One block of cheddar cheese, 1/2 container of sour cream, 1/2-1 stick of butter, s&p to taste and any leftover ham you have.
saute onion til translucent in pan (with butter) throw all in crockpot, stir it up and cook.
This is the one I make- I am making it up for Thursday night actually!
