I bought ornaments for both girls, some outfits for Layla, and I'm making both a christmas quilt. I need to figure out some more things for Layla to wrap up - not because she knows the difference (obviously, she'll be in the hospital and two months old), but because Alaina is really into Christmas and is making santa requests for her sister, too.

He saw a Melissa & Doug construction dress up kit at the store the other day and was flipping out excited about he (he is obsessed with Bob the Builder), so I think I'm going to get that for him as well.
DS2 (age 3 months): Rattles, My Pal Scout, a mirror thing with toys on it for tummy time, a v-tech book thing (can't remember what it's called), and some teethers. I figure he doesn't need much this year!

Emma is getting a rocking horse, a Tangled barbie doll and fridge letter magnets

@ I'm thinking this is our last year of believing since Santa will not be providing these.
So, we've picked out the following...
From Santa- New Bike, Uggs, some games/art supplies and I'm also thinking about getting her this life-size clothing design kit I saw on Design Mom today. It's pretty farking cool. You get to design dress up clothes!
From us- new real guitar since her uncle broke her old cheap one trying to tune it, plus actual guitar lessons, a couple of outfits, summer camp {I get her camp supplies/clothes to remind her what a nice thing it is LOL}, and some odds and ends. In her stocking will be a James Avery charm for her bracelet probably and some gift cards from Apple and various places.
ETA-She's 7.5 on Christmas Eve
DS 3: Rockstar Mickey, leappad, glow crazy writing pad?, yahtzee jr, erector set, home depot leaf blower, rock'em sock'em robots, nfl blanket, character pj bottoms...a bunch of other stuff I can't remember right now.
DD is older, but her big gift is a tablet.
DD1 is 2 yrs 10 months, DD2 is 16 months
We are getting them lots of books (DD 1 is currently in love with the Little Critter series, so a few of those, along with a few Tag Jr. books and some other random ones), and a few wooden puzzles. I found this cute wooden/magnetic dress up doll thing for DD1, kind of like paper dolls but sturdy. A few board games (DD already found Candy Land in the car, so I let her open it.) We also bought Chutes and Ladders and a new Memory Game. DD2 is getting a toddler purse with the fake credit card, make up, etc. We have one already, but the girls fight over it.
We bought them some M&D art supplies, and FIL and SMIL are getting them more M&D wooden food for their kitchen (they asked what they wanted and I pointed them toward our Amazon wish list.)
DH picked out a Little Tikes (sp?) basketball hoop for them, along with a box of matchbox cars to put in DD1's stocking. She loves cars, and he likes to pretend he has a son.
Besides the matchbox cars in their stockings, they'll get new toothbrushes, baby bottles for their baby dolls (you can never have too many in this house!), a coloring book, and probably some yogurt melts.
DD will be about a year and a half.
From Santa she is getting a play table and 2 chairs from Ikea. DH is going to make a bench to go with it, but that will probably not be done by then.
From us: M&D Band in a Box, several puzzles, some books and possibly a bead maze to put on her new play table. I know MIL is getting her a tea set and maybe making a table cloth for her playtable to use during tea parties. I also know that my Aunt is getting her a little lion chair.
DD is 17 months.
3 Gifts from Santa:
1. FP Little Mommy Cradle
2. FP Little Mommy High Chair/Swing/Car Seat

I know for sure my Dad is getting her the Step 2 Play house, he got an awesome deal on it at Sams Club, if anyone is looking for one I think he said it was 80 bucks this week.
Those vehicle books are so cute!
DD 23 months: doll house, baby doll, dress up shoes, marble maze for stocking, black puppy either stuffed or electronic, Barbie clothes
DS 5 years: play kitchen (upgrading our old one), play dishes, liquid water colors (the color is a lot more vibrant), art books, Mommy and me journal, thankful journal, weaving loom
DD will be 4 in January.
Her big present is a train set because she is obsessed with Thomas the Tank Engine. So we got her a wooden track set, the shed, gates, and about 7 of her favorite engines. When I asked her what she wanted from Santa other than trains, she will always reply just trains. So I guess everything else is just gravy!
We are also getting her new jammies to open Christmas Eve, a few books, the game Trouble, US puzzle, the new Winnie The Pooh movie. In her stocking she gets a shirt, some candy, a coloring book, chapstick (she loves having her own), a couple of matchbox cars, and an ornament.

All three girls get a new set of pajamas on Christmas eve to wake up in for Christmas day and they all get to pick out a new ornament each year for the tree.
The girls big present this year is an outdoor playset/swingset for the back yard. We live in FL and can use this all year (well they don't use it much in the hot sticky months because they attacked by mosquitos) especially this time of year when it is nice out.
I am only getting them a couple little gifts like new pjs (they are going through a growth spurt) and art sets from Crayola. Just so they have some things to open under the tree Christmas morning. My BFF's from high school and I get together with out kids and have a gift exchange for the kids, so they will get more to unwrap from them and other family members. But from us not so much since the playset will be close to $600.
