  It's trace amounts and it's from the seeds. It's always been in apple juice. But this now a world of fear mongering and torch and pitchfork wielding. 

   

  BTW, there is also cyanide in cherries, arsenic in a variety of other fruits and and don't forget the ever present e coli on veggies. your best bet will be to never eat anything natural again. A win for the processed foods companies!

  OP, I honestly didn't know that about apples...I guess we are jaded by the SP mentality that the general public seems to adapt to when something like this comes out...
