Hi! I'm Meg, mommy to B/G 3 year old twins and a soon-to-be 3 month old. My youngest has had bad exema (sp?)/ cradle cap in the last month and the pedi just sent him for bloodwork to see if he's allergic to milk. I'm really hoping we get to the bottom of this soon and that this is not the case. I'm EBF him and would greatly appreciate any info/recipes/websites etc. that you would recommend for changing my diet. I EBF my twins for 18 and 25 months and will not give up this easily! Thanks so much!
welcome. Hopefully it's just a cradle cap and nothing more.
if you're only going off of milk it shouldn't be that hard (soy is a PITA).. you can find many already made foods by just buying or going vegan. Most restaurants will accommodate you if you are avoiding milk.

This is the best site about avoiding dairy.. https://web.mit.edu/kevles/www/nomilk.html#badingredients - make sure you also avoid caisein and whey (they are sometimes not marked).
other great sites..
