So ridiculous. The name alone makes me cringe. I am of the opinion that the BABY is your "present" for going through labor. But maybe that's just me, lol.
Not my thing but I know a few women who have gottne them. Usually jewlery of some sorts with the birth stone of the baby or a 'mother/child' piece. Some of H's friends have mentioned that they purchsed their wives a Push Present. H asked if I wanted one and honestly I just want my H home from deployment safe and sound. No piece of expensive ANYTHING can compare to that.
But for those who get one I think it is thoughtful if your H does it on is own/asks you want. Very tacky to ASK your H for one.
Re: What you think about Push Presents?
A push present sounds like some term a Kardashian came up with.
Give me a small break, please. The baby is the gift.
Well said!!
I think it's a nice gesture and certainly wouldn't ask MH to return anything he purchased for me after giving birth.
