How many bottles/times nursing does your 1 year old get a day?

My son will be one in two weeks and we are still nursing 4-5 times a day.  I have been thinking of dropping it down to 3 as he seems only really interested 3 times a day.

    We are down to 1-2 bottle of formula. The rest of the feedings are cow milk or solids.

    Right now he gets 2 bottles - one mid morning and one before bedtime.  Next week we plan on dropping the morning bottle and then in two weeks, we plan on dropping the night time bottle.

    DD nurses four times most days, occasionally five times.

    When I'm ready to start weaning, I'll switch the two daytime feedings to whole milk as a snack between meals. I plan to hold onto the morning and night feedings as long as I can.
