Recommend your baby gate/play yard

Since DD is close to crawling, we are wanting to get a gated play yard.  I was going to get this from Amazon- https://www.amazon.com/North-States-Superyard-Classic-Packaging/dp/B00020L78M/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1322680151&sr=8-3#productPromotions  but then I saw this one- https://www.amazon.com/Summer-Infant-Secure-Surround-Play/dp/B000G1YW98/ref=pd_cp_ba_1

The only difference I see is the 2nd one is taller by 4".  Any suggestions?

    I have the first one. We are using it around the Christmas tree since DS is very mobile.

    We have hardwood floors and it doesn't move (we did install the rubber feet that came with it). DS pulls up on it, shakes it, pushes on it, reaches over it to try and get the tree and it's a rock. If it matters, he's 8.5 months old, 32" tall and ~25 lbs... he's a beast.

    I have no experience with the second one.

    Well it sounds sturdy!  DD is 29" tall & 21 lbs, so when she actually starts crawling I'll need a sturdy one!  Thanks.
