  yes and I have been all pregnancy. most cheeses in the us are pastuerized..you can call and ask if you want but you should be fine.

  I absolutely would.  It's not that much cheese, and I'm sure it's probably pasteurized.  I'm not paranoid like that though.

  I would eat it. Soft cheeses are only out if they are not pasteurized (and IMO, even then the risk is very low).  Panera's cheese is almost certainly pasteurized--check their website for more info if you're not sure.
