When I got home from the hospital my son didn't poo for 62 hours, then he had a HUGE explosion. I've read that as long as the baby is healthy that they will poo when they're ready. BUT if you're that worried, call the pediatrician.
I've been told a BF baby can go 3 days w/o pooping. My LO only poops about 2x a day, so I was worried and checked with my pedi who said it was normal. I've heard if there's no poop by the 4th day, to give them a bit of prune juice, but call your pedi and check. Good Luck!
After six weeks it's normal for them to have fewer poops. Some can even go 1 week without one...I'd only be concerned if he does poop and it is hard and dry.

Its normal for a BF baby not to poop every day, some even go several days (I was told up to a week, Ive read on here up to two) without going. Luke just went five days, and when he did poop it was completely normal. As long as your son is having wet diapers and not in pain, its probably nothing to worry about

We are in the midst of Poopfest 2011 here after no real poop (just wet farts?!) for 36 hours. Be prepared for the poop explosion! DS is in his 3rd outfit today!

my son is 7 weeks and since 4 weeks old he has only been pooping once every 3-4 days. His pedi said that this was perfectly fine, as long as he does not go more than 7 days without a poop. Oh yeah, and when he does finally poop it is an explosion and we always have to give him a bath afterwards. Good luck!
Breastfed babies don't get constipated! If he's not fussy and belly is soft and not distended you are fine! It's a whole different story iF he's fussy spitting up more than normal, projectile vomiting, or distended belly.Relax, babies do their own thing that is not necessarily textbook!
I second all the people that say not to worry. So long as s/he's not extra fussy and is eating well and wetting plenty of diapers its probably fine. My ped wanted me to come in after 7 days to check DS's weight and to feel his tummy. He was fine, and they said to call back if it went out to 10 days. DS finally went at 9 days and then once every day for a while. We're back to about once every 3-4 days.
The ped said there was one little girl who got on a schedule of pooping every 10 days. I have to admit, so long as everything is okay I really wouldn't mind that!

BF babies can go a long time without pooping, like once a week.
