3 year won't eat

Anyone have experience with a child that won't eat? DD has not been a good eater since she came off baby food and that's been over 2 years. She has always been picky but it is getting where she won't eat hardly anything all it is all I can do to get her to drink anything. I am beginning to think that's what is affecting her sleep too she has been waking up several times at night. I need advice please.

Will she drink smoothies or shakes? They have so many options of "healthy" shakes these days.

What things does she like? Try to find the healthiest option of what she does like, if she only likes chips get some veggie based chips...

hopefully she's just very picky, but if she's truly not eating much of anything and this is out of the ordinary for her, and she's not sleeping well either, i think i would mention it to her pedi, just in case there is and underlying health issue.
