yeast infection?

Ugh! Sorry if this is tmi, but I am guessing I may have a yeast infection. Last night I felt a little itchy down there on the edge of my vagina and my labia, but I thought it might be from having sex and it feeling swollen too. Tonight I have not hd sex, butit itches like crazy s ands my labia is so swollen! I do not have anygrss discharge... does this sound like a yeast infection or what? I have a doctors appt. Today so I will def have him check it out, but it's frustrating. I am almost 39 weeks and im hoping this doesn't interfere with my induction or make delivery even more painful!

    I could post this exact thing. 39 weeks, very itchy, a little swollen, no discharge. I was thinking yeast infection also? I was put in an antibiotic a few days ago due to a ear ache and sore throat and now I have major itch! I have doc appointment Wednesday but its driving me crazy! Sorry if tmi!

    Sounds like a yeast infection. I had the same symptoms.itchy, swollen labia, no discharge. My OB gave me Difulcan(sp?). Within hours it was better!

    Yeah, thats what it sounds like! They will give you some meds, and in a few days it will be ALL GONE!

    I told my dr. last week that I thought I had a yeast infection-same symptoms as you.  She gave me a sopository antibiotic for 3 days and worked wonders!  She didn't check my cervix because it was so painful...that's on the to-do list for this week's dr. appt.  Hope you feel better!
