in Pregnant after a Loss
A really close friend of mine had her first LO on 10/11/11 at 30 weeks and well she went to be with the lord tonight :( I feel so bad for her. I don't know what to say or anything. She doesn't even know I'm pregnant. And now I don't even know when or how in the world I would even tell her! Ugh ! If anyone has any thing I could tell her or do for her I would love it. Now I'm even more nervous about my first u/s Tuesday! I just keep rubbing my belly and praying that this LO sticks.

    I'm sorry for your friend's loss. I think the thing to focus on right now is your friend and being there for her any way you can. Offer to bring her family a meal, help do some of her shopping, be a shoulder to cry on...etc. I would keep your pregnancy from her at this time as I'm sure it'll be painful for her. When these types of situations come up think to yourself, how would I feel if I were in her shoes? Just be prepared and know it may take her a long time to come to terms with what happened and there may not be a "perfect" time to tell her. Good luck.
