I photoshopped a black and white pic of my brother's face onto The Godfather movie logo and then taped it to a six pack of his favorite beer and wrapped it up for Christmas from LO. He loved it!
We made a special visit to my SIL house to ask her, but we didn't do anything creative.

This is really cute!!!! I meant to ask my brother to be the godfather at thanksgiving and then with all of the business totally forgot. Plus, they were asking me and DH to be in their wedding, so I figured we would just focus on that! But, we will see them a few days before Christmas, so I think i will do that!
For the godmother, my SIL has already staked her claim lol. She wasnot DS's godmother, and she has said ever since that she is the next ones. She would be anyways, but it was funny that she just put it out their like that. I am also asking my 17 year old cousin to be a godmother, bc her parents asked me to be her godmother (in addition to one of my aunt's) when I was around her age. I waited SO long for a girl cousin and they knew how important she was to me. So, I ordered a cute necklace off Etsy that says godmother and I am going to give it to her along with her Christmas present for her 18th birthday which is soon after.

This. It's a big deal and an honor. Not everything needs to be a broadway production, KWIM?
