Potty training ?

My daughter has been using the potty for the past 3 months.  She loves pooping on the potty and hasn't had any accidents in that area but she doesn't always use the potty to pee.  She tells me probably 75% of the time when she has to pee and uses the potty but she still goes in her pull up.  Is this something they just get eventually? Am I doing something wrong....not sure if I should put her in underwear so it's not as comfortable as peeing in a diaper and having it soak up right away.  Just messier for mom One more question, how much liquids would you say your child drinks through out the day? Thanks for any advice!
