I slept horribly because I hurt my shoulder. So I woke up crabby.
And then I realized that since my CHI broke a couple weeks ago I maybe should have gone out in the middle of the night to score a new one for cheap...but I didn't.
I looked on Amazon and they had the CHI for 73% off.
So I tried to order it.
Only that was a fiasco because Amazons website was failing everyone today {or at least everyone on twitter that was complaining about how the website was failing them}. So it took me over 30 minutes to order it.
But that's my deal. I paid 52 bucks for it. Very worth it.
Oh and I am eating left overs like it's MAH JOB. In fact if I had some energy I'd get up and eat some more right now. Monday dr's appointment be-damned.
Working for myself this year instead of retail, so we woke at 7 and went with in-laws for some good, old-fashioned arbicide. First ones in line when they opened the gate! Now getting some work done, then to start "spring cleaning" which is done annually in preparation for our Christmas party.
I dragged to DH shopping because he had a hangover (he was not suppose to be drinking last night per mutal agreement) but nothing too fun... toysrus, starbucks (I do have compassion), christian book store, burlington, jcpenny and bjs...
Purchases included a christmas cd, christmas coloring book, snoogle pillow (!!!!!), diapers and a kindle. Wanted some maternity clothes but couldn't find pants that fit comfortably... boo...

I did manage to score a few deals though. I bought for 3 nieces and nephews on AmericanEagle.com. They had 40% off everything and free shipping. (Still do, actually)
I also found a promo code and scored a Pillow Pet online for my niece for $17.99.
My parents have been looking for a fire pit for their patio and Lowe's has a nice 30" one on sale for $39 today only. I called to make sure it's in stock and I'm stopping to get it on the way home
Woohoo!
First came love, then came marriage - Oct 31, 09 Then came a miscarriage March '11 Then came a baby in the baby carriage May 16, 12
We had our big Thanksgiving last Sunday so we just had leftovers yesterday. Toys R Us opened at 9 last night and my mom came with me. We got in line at 7. It was warm so it wasn't bad waiting in line. There was a Steak n Shake close by so I walked over and got us food. There was another pregnant lady behind us so I chatted with her. TRU was super organized this year so it wasn't bad at all. I was done shopping by 9:40. I got DS1 and leapfrog leapster for $24 and some games for $10-15 each. SD got a kids digital camera for $20. I got a bunch of $5 movies and cheap PS3 and Wii games. I got DS2 got 2 boxes of 56 BRU brand diapers for $10 each. We only use disposable diapers for him at night so I may not have to buy him diapers ever again.
TRU was really the only place I went but Jilliansdrawers had a "green friday" sale so I got this LO 6 cloth diaper covers in a newborn/ infant size. I saved $24 off the regular price and I was planning on getting them anyway.
