Side effects of Glucophage and Prometrium

I have just began to take these two meds. The doctor has advised me to only take one Glucophage every night for the first week and work my way up to 3 a night. But seriously just one is killing my stomach... I can't imagine taking 3 every night. Of course I will and I will be happy that there is a cure to my problems so that we may next have a baby but I was just curious, do these side effects lessen? or go away? I am also taking Prometrium and it makes me very dizzy. But I'm more worried about the Glucophage...

    The side effects do usually get better with time. When were you instructed to take the Prometrium? Are you seeing an RE?

    The glucophage gets better. I had the same side effects you're describing when I first started taking the pills. I could barely eat dinner after I took my evening dose and it made me really nauseous for the first month or so. Now I don't notice any side effects at all, but those first few weeks are brutal. Hang in there! It's worth it in the end, not only to get KU, but also for your health (if you are insulin-resistant/PCOS it really helps regulate your insulin levels and helps with weight).

    I feel stupid asking this but what is an RE? Tongue Tied I do go to a Gynocologist. I started taking them on the 22nd. Day three of the Gluco and day 2 out of 10 of the Premetrium.
