iron in cereal

i found this CRAZY. i've been eating cereal every morning (Smart Start) because the prenatal gummies i take have no iron in them, so i want to make sure i'm getting my iron. when i told DH i was happy because the box says 100% iron, he asked if i had ever seen this video where they test it with a magnet:

i said no, and i couldn't believe it when he showed me!!! really crazy! haha...wanted to share with you guys too :)

    We did this in chem lab in college.  Nothing like iron shavings in your cereal!  Breakfast of champions!  Too bad our bodies can't absorb elemental iron!
