What temp are you keeping your house at?

My hormones are outta wack so I'm roasting DH & guests out of our house. I need to set the auto temp and regulate my own temp with extra clothes. What temp do you keep your house at during the day & night? Thanks!

As per our pedi, we keep it at 70 during the day and 67 at night.

Lordy, I wish I had some control over the temp. We rent, and there's no thermostat in the apartment. It's sweltering most nights -- totally gross. The humidifier at least tempers the dryness, but it sucks.

I've got it set on 73 and our a/c runs almost all day long. It's more like 74-75 downstairs where LO and I are staying right now. It's about 80 outside here.

It is set at 66, but is up to 70 in some rooms. We have radiators that are hard to regulate.

wow you guys all keep your houses cold. we keep ours at 78 during the day and 74 at night, but we don't pay utilities it's included in our rent

Oh man, I'd seriously roast in some of your houses. Our heat is at 66 during the day and 62 at night and I'm still hot. Although I'm sure that the temp is going to have to change a bit once LO comes.
