Good morning TTGP! As always, my love and good luck to my friends here, I am rooting for you and lurking all the time Smile

I have hit 35/35 today and can't believe how close we are getting! Not much longer and we will get to meet Alex. The nursery is almost finished and once I put up the last things I'll post some pics in the Grad check-in. I have only 2 more weeks left at work and can't wait for them to be over. Sitting at a desk for 8 hours every day is taking its toll on my back and hips. Alex is moving all the time and my belly is getting bigger - next appointment is in a week from now and after that we are down to weekly appointments! Eeeek!

You look great Ric! Hopefully the next 5 weeks flash by for you :)

I agree - you look fantastic!  I hope the next 5 weeks are a breeze for you.

And kerr, I LOVE your siggy pics. He is a cutie!

    Thanks love!

Hi ladies! My Team Green baby is here!

After a whopping 1 hour and 45 minutes of active labour (and only 25 minutes after arriving at the hospital), my sweet boy Jacob was born at 12:15 on Sunday, November 20th (at 38w0d)! He's just a little guy at 6 lbs 1 oz and 17 inches long. We are completely in love with him and are adjusting to life with 2 kids at home. I've got a good case of the hemmies so I'm not feeling all that great and it's hard to walk and move around, but DH is being fantastic and holding down the fort.

Here are a couple of pics!

    Congratulations!!! He's so cute!

And that is like the best labor time ever. If there's a next time, you better camp out at the hospital Big Smile

  • All these bellies look so cute!!

Ric, Cam - I can't believe y'all are so close. Both of you look great!

Corbin turned 3 months last week. I took some pictures in a little sailor outfit that belonged to his Daddy when he was a baby. Good thing I put it on now, because it won't fit for much longer.
Plus, this kid has such long legs, the shorts look like daisy dukes... lol

Also, he got baptized this weekend! I haven't uploaded pics from my camera yet, but here is a cell pic of him in his little hat

  • I'm a little over 18 weeks now and hopefully tomorrow, we'll find out if PYT is a boy or a girl. I seriously don't have a preference; I just want a baby.

The baby is pretty active now, which is both cool and weird. I keep thinking it's gas and when nothing happens, it's the baby moving. Weird. I'm like a freak science experiment.

  • Ric ? good luck in these final weeks!

CamJack ? I miss those sweet boys in your siggy too ? whatever will you do with a little girl? Smile

Ya Never Know ? I had a low placenta too and mine moved ? very common. Hope yours does too!

j2brn ? holy crap, how are you due like yesterday?

purple ? congrats again, honey! So happy for you!

Amanda ? she is so precious!

    Youngin ? hello there!

Nothing new to report here - Amelia will be 3 months tomorrow. She has suddenly forgotten how to sleep at night and thinks it's time to party around 1:30 every morning. But she is a happy girl, so I can't complain too much! Here she is last week "talking" to me:

Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Yay Tosh!! He is gorgeous and you look absolutely fantastic for just having had a baby. (I hope I fare that well!) I love his name too. Congrats!!

Purple - Congrats to you too!

Missy, Ric, Husky, and Kara - You all look fabulous! Missy...I love Miles' room!

MT - Amelia could not be any cuter. :) I love her little face.

Bon - He is so cute! I can't believe he's 3 months already. Indifferent

Nothing new to report. I'm feeling really incredible and some days not even like I'm pregnant at all. I'm just waiting for the bottom to drop out of that.

Nursery progress is at an unfortunate standstill because I become a retail widow every year around this time. I could probably paint the room myself, but I'd prefer it to not look like crap. (At least a color has been picked.)

In the meantime, here's my bump getting bigger by the week.

I have been LOVING all he BFPs over here lately! Congrats to all the new ones and good luck to TTGP. :)

  • Wow, it's amazing how far along some of you are!  Everyone looks gorgeous and all of these babies are making me super excited for when I get to meet my little girl!

Not a whole lot going on with me.  I'm 23 weeks.  We close on our new house in a week and we've had a lot of showings of our house and we have another open house this Sunday.  I'm not superstitious typically, but we buried a St. Joseph statue in the backyard for a little extra luck.  I can't wait to get into the new house so I can start on the nursery Here is a bump shot from this morning:

Good luck to all the TTGPers!  Always stalking and hoping for BFPs!!!

Lots of love to my BFPB, Squishy622 <3

Hi ladies! My little boy arrived on November 12.  I went to a wedding on 11/11/11 with work friends and got home around 11pm and went to bed. At 130am I felt strange and got up to use the rest room and my water broke. I went to the hospital about 30 mins later. Since my contractions were inconsistent I was started on pitocin. After 11 hours of labor and three hours of pushing he was here. He is gorgeous.

We are so in love with him

Sorry no pics. DH and I donot want to put pics on public sites like these. But pm me if you would like to see some.

Purple, congrats again! I  love him, he is absolutely adorable!

  • Ricola: You're looking fab mamma! I can't believe how far along you are!

Congrats to Tosh (adorable!) and purple4u!

Congrats to all the new BFP's! I'm rooting for the rest of you TTGP ladies!

AFM: nothing too new (which is good), just m/s like crazy but I just figure I have one healthy baby in there ha ha. I have some zofran but it's not working well like it did when I was pg w/DD, oh well. I'm pretty sure I have a small bump now (rather than just my pudge being pushed out by bloat), I'll post a pic at the next check in (hopefully). I'm announcing to my family on TG day by putting DD in a "I'm The Big Sister" shirt, I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's reaction! Smile

  • Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've updated but things are going well. I hit the 35/35 mark on Sunday. It's so hard to believe that I'm here. I am going for a growth u/s at 4pm today. We need to see if this little one has continued to grow quickly. At 24 weeks she was already in the 67th percentile for size. So, we are hoping to get an update today. I am swelling pretty bad now and after all day on my feet I am pooped when I get home. I "plan" to work until December 21st, which is our last day before Christmas break.

I don't have a bump pic from the last few weeks but this is one of my favorite maternity pics from our photo shoot. I hope to put some more pics in my blog soon.

Sending hugs to all that need them.

Wow!  I'd love to have such a short labor this time around!  Congrats, he's adorable!

This past week has been an awesome one for us.  I'm half-baked and had my A/S on Thursday.  We're still Team Green, but it was amazing to see LO and hear that he/she looks perfect and they didn't see any birth defects.  Which is such a relief with taking a cat. C (maybe soon D).  My next u/s will be at 32 weeks.

To top it off, DH felt LO move for the first time on Sunday.  :)

Congrats to all the new BFPs, mamas and soon-to-be mamas!  And Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

  • I love how many faces I recognize in this thread. So nice to hear about new babies and see those bumps growing!

DH and I saw the baby move my belly for the first time last week. He has some strong legs already! It is really neat, and weird! We also painted the nursery this weekend, but still need to fill it with stuff.

    Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
