I chopped off ALL my hair

I hadn't actually planned on chopping it all off. I wanted something done completely different. I was rather tired of the old style that I had. It was beveled on the sides and short in the back. I told the gal doing the cut that DH was deployed and being pregnant I needed a super self esteem boost since usually when he comes home I've lost weight...not gained 13lbs. So she worked out the plan with me and just started cutting. At first I was scared...she took off, I believe, 5 inches from the sides. Which I didn't think my hair was that long in the front. So...here it is...

My real test of truth will be if I like today after I shower and style it myself. And, hopefully DH won't have a heart attack when he sees it. Other than that, I guess it's hair and it'll eventually grow back, lol. (ignore my pink cheeks, I'm readjusting to cold and got myself some wind burn)

    I like it!  I am still going back and forth on whether to cut my hair off again or not.  I loved the way I looked when I had an angled bob but I also didn't have an extra 15 lbs at the time!  I might just have to do it for the same reason you did... self esteem boost!

    I like it. Its edgy and cool, especially with your raven colored hair. I'm trying to decide if I want to do anything dramatic. Mine is really long and layered but usually around winter, I have a desire to chop it all off haha. You might be providing me inspiration

    I like it!!! Its edgy :) If you dont like it after you do it yourself, just remember that its hair and it'll grow back :)

    I think it's really cute.

    I'm still debating over whether I feel like shaving all of my hair off and starting again, like I did in 2002.

    Looks good! I definitely agree that if you don't like it after you wash it, well, it'll grow back. Especially with the prenatals Smile Did you get it done on base? I've gotta make a call and get mine done. DH is flipping out bc I want to chop mine off again and he wants it long. Well, ND wind in the winter is NOT condusive to long hair! haha Are you back now???

    I actually had it done in Minnesota. I'm here for a short amount of time to spend Thanksgiving with my in-laws. Esp since DH's homecoming was pushed back. No surprise there. Now I just pray he'll make it home for Christmas. Do me a huge favor, text me again please lol, my last phone completely fried out so bad they couldn't pull any information for me. 

    When I get back, we have to get together. I need to stay busy those weeks in GF. I just don't know how. Once you go downtown for a few hours you've seen it all, I swear.  Is the weather holding up? Still supposed to be in the 40's this weekend?
