OPK's and holding your bladder

For those of you who OPK, do you always hold your bladder for 3 hours prior to testing?  And if not, are you still able to get a + result when you don't hold your bladder for that long?  I tried them one cycle and didn't do very well with them, but I O'd really early this month/way before I was expecting to so I am thinking of giving the OPK's another try.  I just drink a lot of water & use the bathroom a lot!

    I used to hold it for 3 - 4 hours.  Then I figured out that when my LH is surging, the test comes out positive no matter how concetrated my urine is.  So now I only hold it for about 2 hours.

    I try to hold it for two hours. I couldn't do four! I drink a lot of water during the day.
