DH was called at midnight to head to the hospital and he made it about 10 minutes before she passed away. Thank you all so much for the thoughts and prayers. Please continue to send thoughts and prayers for BIL and SIL..I cannot even allow myself to imagine the pain they must feel.

CPS and their local police are still investigating and BIL had to spend hours of her last day giving statements and re-creating the accident at home for the police. I think he has paid the ultimate sacrifice for this tragic accident. Please don't step away from your kids for even a second when they are around water.
