Ultrasound- What do you see???? Help please :)

So this is my 5w3d ultrasound. I had a miscarraige last month at 6 weeks and got pregnant right away (although we were trying to wait the reccomended 1 cycle but im happy). I cant really make it out much BUT to me it looks like 2 yolk sacs, what do you think? (tech didnt explain anything, it literally was a 1 minute ultrasound to rule out ectopic)

 HCG at (4 -5 weeks) 11-10- (445), 11-12 (850) 11-14 (1800)image

    I only see one sac and maybe a couple cysts on your ovaries. I can't really tell though. I am not a trained tech. What did your doc say?

    I only see one as well.  I would follow up with your Dr to verify.

    I agree.  Only one is there.

     Our baby boy,Logan, was born still at 19w3d on 7/1/2011
    Our 2nd baby boy, Mason, was born still at 20w3d on 1/31/2012

     After a much needed sanity break... we are praying for our rainbows

    I see one.  Maybe the faint other image is a shaddow but it doesn't appear to be a second.
