I tried to go grocery shopping today at target. I walked in and had to run back out because I thought I was going to get sick. Then when I went back in I got sick at the smell of potatoes and I lost my breakfast right then and there. I couldnt even try to hold it. I was so embarrassed I had to leave I think I apologized about 50 times to the kid that was cleaning it up. Has any kind of horror happen with m/s for you or am I alone in this?

As embarrassing as it was for you, people at grocery stores see that all the time. I work at one and I have seen just about everything, a little puke is better than mounds of shiit in aisle 6. This has almost happened to me, but I got lucky and had a trash can close by. Kudos for telling someone and also apologizing!

Not yet this pregnancy. But when I was pregnant with my daughter I threw up in the middle of my cousins kindergarten graduation. I made it out of my aisle, but not out of the auditorium or to a trash can

I had so many close calls with I was pg with DS. Running out of church right before communion, running out of a classroom at college, pulling over to the side of the road. Thankfully, I've always made it to grass or a toilet. I was pg during my last summer of college. I remember skipping a lot of classes. There were just some days, where I would throw up without any warning. If that happened, then I didn't even show for class. Ha, I remember explaining controlled and uncontrolled m/s to my Spanish professor.

Poor thing. I hope that was a one time only occurance for you! At least you have a good excuse as to why your H should take over the grocery shopping duties for a while!

I bring arm and hammer bags for picking up dog poo or putting a baby diaper in. I has saved me in the car more then once. I be sure to have them separated from the roll and unfolded/opened, then I fold it back up for quick access.

Not only have I puked at work 3 times, I also whizzed in my pants two of those times!  Sucks so much.

 I am so sorry you got sick in public.

I am sorry that happened. I always carry a baggy (or two) with me in my purse or my back pocket for this exact reason. I have thrown up way too many times unexpectedly to not bring one. It is still embarrasing but at least no one has to clean up my mess.
