Hi...intruding from 2nd tri.
Can any of you moms of two give a review of either of the above strollers? A friend went and checked out the Joovy in the store today and had her toddler sit where he would sit and put an infant seat where the infant seat would go and she said that it barely gave her son any head room with the infant seat.
Obviously, there is a HUGE price difference between these two strollers. I would love the City Select, but not sure I can talk my DH into the price. Would love to hear pros and cons of both strollers.

Re: Baby Jogger City Select Double v. Joovy Ultralight Double
thanks so much! those were exactly my thoughts about the joovy from what my friend was saying. i've looked at it in the store, but i haven't had my daughter try it out yet with an infant seat and from what it sounds like, it doesn't look too comfortable. thanks!
we have the joovy--my friends bought it for us as a gift! and we like it, DD has plenty of room in the back and i love that she will be able to stand. we have used it for walks and i love that it isn't double wide and is easy to maneuver. we have the city mini for DD and DS in the snap n go if we are both together when we go out with both LO's right now but it is the joovy if i am out with them both alone. and the joovy will be our go to stroller all the time once DS can sit upright in the front.
here is a pic:
If you don't mind a side by side the Baby Jogger City Mini Double is awesome. There is plenty of room for each child (no kicking the back of the other seat), it's easy to fold, easy to steer and it's very lightweight. My only complaint is it's a little hard to access the basket.
We were also looking at the City Select, but it just seemed so much heavier and bulkier. If I was buying a stroller for baby #1 with the knowledge that we would have two close together, I might have gone with the City Select because it can be used as a single or double, but we bought the double after getting pregnant with baby #2 and we already had a City Mini single.
