I am so hungry and I have these frozen jumbo pretzels calling my name. I'm trying to overcome this craving - how do you ladies ignore the strong cravings for junk food?
I just think about how bad the heartburn would be all night long. This stops me from eating or drinking anything after 7, even water. I seriously would be miserable!

Unfortunately, I haven't had heartburn since 20 weeks and I never had nausea my entire pregnancy. Nothing to keep me from indulging...smh.
I have yet to be able to resist a late night craving. Good luck.
However, if you are hungry, try to pick an alternative to that super carb filled or sugary snack you have your eyes set on that's going to make gaining weight easy since you're eating it right before sleep. Personally, I like grannysmith apples and reduced fat peanut butter as a late night snack. Other suggestions depend on what you like: yogurt if you need something sweet, cottage cheese is good as well, bagel and cream cheese....
I think late night snacks are impossible to deny, even when I'm not PG. It's just all about how you respond to them.

I guess I am just too lazy and tired to get up in the middle of the night.
This is me exactly, I woke up so hungry in the middle of the night but I was way too tired/lazy to get up! If I do have to get up I usually try a glass of milk first.

have half of it with a yogurt (if you eat a greek yogurt it has a lot of protein which is awesome) to fill you up, that way, you fed your craving and took care of your hunger. Your hungry for a reason..so eat, just a balance.... although I do have my BAD days!

*sigh* I wish I would have read this last night...and I ate all of it.
Re: How do you say no...
LMAO.
That was NOT what I was looking for! :-P
If someone doesn't stop me, I'm definitely about to!

I say if you're hungry EAT! If you want to be "good" and not indulge too much eat half now (and the rest tomorrow :P)!
