Charles Tristan is here!!!
Charlie was born 11/8 at 3:42pm, after about 16 hours of labor. He weighed in at 7 lbs 9 oz and is 21 inches long. Apparently the contractions I started feeling on Monday morning were the real deal! My low platelet issue ended up a non-issue, as they were at 129 when I went into labor. I was able to have the epi-free, almost all natural birth we wanted. (only got 2 doses of nubane to help me rest)
Full birth story and pics to follow, after we get home. So far, Charlie is doing SO great in every way and I am just in awe of him!! Motherhood is amazing!!!

Yeah, Charles!! I love the name Charles, by the way. Congrats on his entry into the world and enjoy!! Post some pix when you can.
