fluid "lump/pocket" at top of bump?

Sitting down relaxing tonight I noticed what appears to be a fluid filled pocket at the top of my bump (just under my breast).  It especially noticeable during bh contractions where my entire belly is rock hard except for this area.  It's about the diameter of a coffee can and the only area on my belly that is squishy.  Anyone have anything like this?

    I think I have this too but I figure its just some intestines kinda curled over my uterus cause when I get bloated it hardens... and if i poke this area it makes the rumbly gassy noises. Embarrassed
