So, there is a cafeteria at my job. I just went it and got a burrito bowl - which is a decent size lunch. Not crazy big, but it fills you up. There was a couple guys in line behind me and one of them felt the need to ask me: 

Him: You ARE going to make that two meals, RIGHT??? (insert looking at me up and down)

Me: Wow, if you really feel the need to dictate my proportions, then sure. Whatever makes YOU happy.  

Great, now I have food guilt. What a jerk!

    Dude.  Not that it makes it right in the slightest but he better have been the most fit person alive or else I would have ripped into him.

    could he have just been giving a really badly stated compliment?    Meaning you are way too tiny to be able to possibly finish it?

     

    (FWIW, I'd personally have to take it the opposite way, because I'm a fat ass who needs to probably break things up into 2 meals   :::sigh:::)

    It might have been his clumsy attempt at a compliment. I've just noticed both IRL and on tv, etc (and it irks the hell outta me) that ladies can't enjoy anything other than a delicate salad without having the hell judged out of them. Grr.
