AMH came back low...

i am feeling pretty low today ladies. my AMH  test came back at 0.51 and this is a low number.

i so badly want two babies and now i am worried this will be a struggle if it is even possible. my husband was wonderful about it and we are gonna start trying in January but i fear we may have a long road ahead of us.

FSH was 7 and E2 was 32

i have an HSG scheduled for wed.

i will be on here with you ladies very soon. i look forward to being a part of the support i see on here as we embark on this journey. i am sending all of us the best and a ton of babydust!

    Don't lose hope you never know. Your FSH is actually good! Anything less than 9 is good news. Mine was 16. My AMH was .61 and with a lot of luck and meds I was successful through IVF + ICSI.  Please don't lose hope- we are trying for #2

    FSH (16) AMH (.61) AFC (9)
    Male factor: low sperm count/ low motility
    IVF #1 11/10 brought us DS Stimming for IVF #2 begin 11/5/11 AFC (7) =( Protocol: Lurpon flare (2 days) + Lupron 10ml/Menopur 4 vials (AM) Lupron 10ml/300IU Gonal-F PM (converted to IUI) failed IVF 2.1 1/12 BFP!

    Thank you married2mrpooh. i am trying to stay hopeful and positive. i know many women do have babies in my situation. bless you on your journey too.

    Welcome and GL to you. My numbers are way worse than yours and I am still hoping for a miracle.
    M-43 DOR (FSH 20 AMH 0.16, AFC 4-6) Endo stage III DH-42 (low everything)
    TTC #1 unofficially since 6/09, officially since 10/10
    6/11 RE testing,rt tube blocked with hydro, 8/11 lap surgery rt tl
    IVF#1 10/11 Estrace,450 Follistim, 15 units low-dose HCG, DHEA - cancelled (only follie growing)
    IVF#2 started stims 11/4/11 - same protocol, increase in concentration of HCG, added CoQ10, no response, cancelled on CD 12
    12/2/11 began accupuncture; Break in Dec. Next cycle anticipated in Jan.
    PAIF/SAIF Welcome

    do not give up the ship just yet.

    my ama was lower than yours, and the cycle i got pg my fsh was 28 and e2 something like 80 ... you just never know.

    Thank you Jordan! we have not started trying yet so i will not give up hope. we are both determined to go all the way with this. ivf, adoption, donor eggs, whatever it takes. but i haven't given up hope that we will be able to conceive naturally and stories like yours give me a tremendous amount of hope.

    we start trying in january.
