Does anyone have an electronic baby scale I can borrow/buy from you for a few weeks? I am trying to keep an eye on O's weight, and I also want to do a weighed feeding

    I have a friend who has one, but her sister is pregnant and due soon, so she may be hanging onto it for her.  I can check if you want me to. 

    Maybe the LCs at the hospital know where you could rent one from, or would the ped. let you come in for weight checks?  

    I'm sorry that you are still concerned about his weight.  I am sure that he is doing great :).  

    Call/text me if you need anything.

    I am not a fan of the LCs at Crouse. They don't ever answer the phone and they don't call me back :-(

    Owen goes back to the pedi on the 18th for another weight check, but I was trying to get a sneak peek now.

    I also wanted to try a weighed feeding when I nurse him to see exactly how much he is getting from me...

    If you want to check with your friend about the scale, that would be great!

    Can you stop in to the pedi without an appt just to use the scale?  You could weigh, nurse in an empty room, and then re-weigh.

    I asked my pedi about doing this when I was going back to work and trying to figure out how much milk I needed to leave dh for her.  The pedi was more than happy to have me do it, but I ended up just winging it.
