If you wore an abdominal binder (kind of like an industrial belly band) after your c-sect, when did you start wearing it (day of CS, day after CS, not until you got home?) and did it make a difference?
Someone gave me one to borrow and I'm hoping it will help get through those first couple of weeks.
Re: Anyone use an abdominal binder after a CS?
Daycare is SO exhausting!

They gave it to me in the hospital. I think the day after (I had both my c/s's later in the day so the next day was like 12-18 hours later)
I wore mine for like 3 weeks after #1. I just felt all loose without it on.
I wore it for probably just under 2 weeks after #2.

the hospital gave me one the day after my c-section. I didn't use it consistently in the beginning b/c I was so sore, but after a couple of weeks, I loved it. Mine was super comfortable so sitting wasn't a problem. It held everything in and I didn't feel as jiggly.
I wish I had known about the hip ones (saw it at the Babies R Us). I feel like my hips expanded since pre-pregnancy. Bottoms fit differently now.
