Food 4: I need to up my veggies, just cant get excited about any .. sad I know. But Ive been staying at or or just under my calories. Im pretty sure that I havent lost any this week, and Im not sure why. GRRRR
Exercise 2: I only really 'worked out' twice this week. The other times were pitiful.
Motivation 4: Really trying to stay motivated but the fact that my scale has not moved this week is not encouraging. Hoping the pounds will just drop off this weekend A girl can dream right?!?
Friday Weigh In: I'm up .5 pound, BUT... - AF started this morning, so I'm not worried about it. - I am SOLID back into a size 4! YAY!! I can wear my favorite 7's again without a hint of a mushroom!
Food: 4. I'm doing well, and I've done well on no dairy this week. I did however have two extra little pieces of toasted french bread last night.:)
Exercise: 5 - I'm sticking to the plan well, and am happy today is an off day!
Motivation: 4 - the jeans fitting is a huge motivator.. I've still got a good 5 lbs left to get to my ideal weight.
I'm finally feeling better after being sick all week. I've done a craptastic job of tracking calories and I haven't worked out at all.
Food: 3..snacking too much.
Activity: 0..I haven't done anything all week.
Motivation: 2
I'm down 0.8 from last Friday. I'm at a weight that I haven't seen since May, which is encouraging, but it's kind of annoying because I haven't really been on track this week.
How's it going? Report your Friday Weigh In! I'm up 2 pounds Granted, I was up 7 on Monday from my very bad no good weekend, so I guess I should be glad not all of that stuck around. Total weight loss: 12 pounds.

Food: 1 - Candy for dinner is never good, even if you stay in your calorie range.
Exercise: 5 - I walked/jogged over 4 miles yesterday! I think I'm going to see how my husband feels about me doing the Turkey Trot. I'm feeling like I can do it!

I'm at 8/10.
You know.. I really think that letting it go for a weekend or a week once in a while actually helps. You relax about it, for one.. and oddly enough, I almost *always* get a pound or so drop whenever I give myself a free week of rest.
I've been under my calorie goal all week and I'm pretty pumped about it. The problem has been that I've been largely saving all of my calories for the evening which isn't exactly a healthy eating pattern. Yesterday and today I've been making an effort to add in a midmorning snack and it's been helping. Baby steps.
I only weigh in once a week and that's tomorrow. I'm *really* hoping that I've lost a pound, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm going to take a pass on the weigh-in today. After last weekend I'm pretty sure I've gained and seeing it on the scale will be very disappointing. I'm feeling discouraged right now but am hoping that by next Friday I see some real results. I know I need to exercise but with getting really bad back pain when I tried walking I couldn't do that while at DD's practice 3x a week. With her schedule lightened now I can go to the gym and at least do the bike. I'm seeing the chiropractor too so hopefully that will help too.
How's it going? I weighed myself yesterday and had lost 0.8 lbs! I don't know how that happened considering all the sugar I consumed. This is the lowest I've weighed in a really long time. I'm at 4/5 lbs lost.
Food: 3. Doing better now that I sent all the Halloween candy to work with DH.
Exercise: 2. I'm committing myself to, at the very least, take a walk every single day. Good for the mind, body and spirit. I did one yesterday and will today very soon.
Motivation: 4. Seeing the scale go down a little and seeing some semblance of a waistline coming back are very motivating.
