Best Heartbeat doppler?

I am looking into buying a doppler so I can hear my baby's heartbeat whenever I want. My question is Are they even worth it?

I need some help on which ones are good and which ones are priced reasonable.

We bought a Sonoline B fetal doppler that I believe was like $52. We just tried it Monday and it worked wonderfully. Very easy to use.

I like the one I have and I think its worth it. It's a Sonoline B. You can purchase it off of ebay for under $60.

How far along are you girls?

I read somewhere that on home doppler you have to be a certain week to really hear the heartbeat. I'm 14 weeks, so hopefully I have no problem.

Now also with the Sonoline B, where would I get some ultrasound gel?

I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow and it worked perfectly fine. When I bought the doppler, the gel was included. Hope that helps!

However, I am borrowing my fetal doppler so I never had any gel. I used the basic Target brand of K-Y Jelly and it works perfectly fine.
