yes, yes, and yes... but my OB didn't think the two were related. I think it may be just normal pregnancy aches and pains, round ligament pain, etc. The previa is painless.
I had complete placenta previa with my son and although some aches down there, it was not associated with the placenta/previa. That itself was painless and really, unnoticeable. This time my placenta is low lying. The aches and pains have returned with avengance!! And this time much earlier - must be the 2nd time around thing!! Sleeping with a pillow between my legs has seemed to help - and sitting on the side of the bed to put socks, pants on. GL!!

I was told I have it at my 13 week appointment, but I dont get another ultrasound until next week, so I do not know if the problem cured itself.
I do have hip pain and the occasional pain down there.
