It would radiate from butt/groin region to lower back to like maybe midway up along the spine. It sucked.

Way low...like more in my butt. He was fully posterior and never turned. FWIW I didnt notice that it was in my back until I hit transition, then the pain was low and in my back. During early labor it felt like normal contractions.

Mine was very lower back and tailbone. I felt like I was going to give birth out of my butt!!!
