  I'm holding out for Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday. I know in years past, Bobs have been 20% off. 

  Otherwise, most of the good joggers are always full price. Occasionally REI has sales.

  You could try Craigslist for something used.

  i created a registry with babies r us, and every couple of weeks i get a flyer in the mail with TONS of coupons, including 20% of strollers high chairs ect. I also saw that Target had a nice looking jogging stroller for under $100.

  REI sends out a 20% off coupon for members a couple of times a year, I used that to buy my BOB.

  I got a 2010 BOB Revolution for $290 (new) last summer during an Amazon Flash Deal. Sign up for Amazon Mom or "Like" them on FB and you will get the alerts. they go fast! They run the BOB deal once every couple months when they are looking to clear out inventory.
