Bday Party Goody Bag Ideas?

We're having my daughter's 3rd birthday party at a local aquarium and I'd like to do some small inexpensive goody bags.  I'm looking for suggestions for age appropriate  items to put in the bags that won't break the bank.  TIA

    Fish stickers, goldfish crackers, mini bottle of water and maybe a rubber duck bath toy or other bath toy.  Crayons and coloring books are always good too.  Maybe you can make your own coloring book with pages from the aquarium website.

    A bag of goldfish crackers, some type of big squissy ball, straw cups (Michael's has some that are pretty cheap)
