Doppler users...please come in!

I'm normally able to find the heartbeat really quickly. Today I'm having a really hard time. Is it getting harder for you the further along you are? I'm just wondering if he or she is moving a lot and hard to track down..or if it is up way higher now? Where have you been finding the heartbeat - way down low or up higher? Thanks!

    I'm finding it pretty easy but I'm looking and inch or two above where I found it in week 11.  If that helps

    you are right. our LOs move move much more than before, so it can be hard some times to pick up the hb. it also depends on their possition. I'm able to find it right below my belly button... I'm 17 weeks.

    I've been finding it easily but then it will fade... I'm assuming because the baby moves away. When they used the doppler at my OB office they said thats normal.

    We are finding LO's hb just below belly button as PP said, but he/she does seem to move once we find it.  It usually takes us no more than a minute to find the hb. 

    I am using Sonoline B based on a previous post and I LOVE it.  It is super easy to use.  $52 w/ shipping and the gel.

    Last week I had a hard time, it moved completely from where it was. This week was about the same place though it was moving around while I was trying to count the heartbeat. Middle and higher than expected. about 2 inches below my belly button. Just take a breath, relax, and try again. I tend to start the silly freakouts when I can't find it right away.
