20wk a/s... head measuring small?

My a/s went horrible today... I was supposed to have my u/s first then the urine test, b/p, weight checkup. I got there and they sent me to a different suite. They did my regular checkup stuff, including the urine sample. The u/s tech must have saw me coming out of bathroom, so when we got into the room she was like" For future reference, don't empty your bladder if you know your going to have an ultrasound." I told her that the nurse was the one who told me to give her a urine sample, and all she really said was "well they should've known better, so now I probably won't be able to see some things." She pointed out things like legs, feet, spine etc. She told us we are having a boy and printed off a few pictures.. that's it. The doctor came in later and said that there were a few things that they couldn't see/ get measurements on (face, brain, heart) because of the baby's position so I would have to have another ultrasound next month. I asked her if everything else she could see looked normal. She told me that the baby's head was measuring 2 weeks behind, but that she "honestly believed that it was because the tech was unable to get good measurements." She said if it was still measuring small next time that it would be a different story. She did not elaborate. I'm just afraid something is wrong, and they are not telling me all the facts right now... anyone else have this kind of experience with parts not measuring right?
