adding bow to ultrasound pic

I know I have seen this posted before, but I can't figure out how to do it.  I have seen someone post a picture of their ultrasound and put a pink bow on her baby girl's head.  How is this done?  I think it was the cutest thing!!  I went to tiny pic and could not find the bow.  Any help would be appreciated!!
