You posted about SPD and I replied, however I went to the doctor today and apparently the pelvic pain I have been feeling is contractions.The only reason they found out is because I had a growth u/s today and was contracting through it. I am not dialated at all, but my cervix is very soft. She told me to make sure I have the carseat installed within the next week just in case but I am going to prove her wrong! So you might want to check at your next appointment to make sure it is not contractions...I swear I just thought it was my pelvis splitting in two or being kicked! Hope you feel better soon!

    Oh wow! Thanks for letting me know. How many weeks are you? My symptoms are exactly whats posted on the spd info site... I do feel braxton hicks on top of that, but it feels like a separate issue...

    I am 32 weeks, going on 33...well I had what I thought were braxton hicks (more of a crampy feeling) occassionally on top of the pelvic pain. She said I may just not be feeling all the contractions, but the pelvic pain and tailbone pain mean a good strong contraction. She just told me to pay attention to them and if they get worse, more frequent than what I am having or last longer then give her a call.
