Do the cherrybrook kitchen cake mixes freeze well after being baked?

I am making cupcakes for DS to bring to a birthday party this weekend. He really only eats 2 out of the entire batch before I throw them out....such a waste. Can I freeze the cupcakes and then defrost as needed? We have a bday party the next three weekends and it would be great not to remake all kinds of treats for him. Also, what would I freeze them in?

I havent frozen those but have frozen pamelas and it works great

Yes! I freeze them for DS1 all the time. We always have a bag of cherrybrook kitchen cupcakes in the freezer for birthday parties, etc. I usually just freeze them unfrosted and then add some fresh frosting once they defrost. I have frozen them in both ziplock bags and tupperware and both seem to work well.
