Craving things that have been discontinued

Has this happened to anyone?? I think I'm jinxed when it comes to pregnancy cravings! haha

The very first thing I craved was a few weeks ago with rice krispie square cereal which they no longer make! I tied myself over with making rice krispie squares but it still wasn't the same.

Today, I was really craving english muffins, both plain and cheese flavoured. DH went to the store and couldn't find the cheese ones. I swear I've seen them recently, but he asked a few people who worked there and they had no idea what he was talking about! Damn!!

Yes! I was craving Doo Dads snack mix. It had pretzels, and cheese nips, and other stuff, and was made by Mr. Salty....discontinued.

I keep seeing these things advertised from Sonic that I really, really want... problem is there is no Sonic anywhere near us LOL.

I've been wanting Cheesy Tots. Burger King used to have them and they were amazing! They discontinued them about a year ago

Those were amazing. Part of me is glad they got rid of them (there was a BK right on my way to work)

None this time but with DS2 I craved a McDonalds Arch Delux so bad I cried. DH laughed and still makes fun of me for it.

I still miss the Arch Deluxe. No wild cravings this time, but last time I really, really wanted the stuffed/fried mushrooms at Melting Pot (if you cook in oil, you can make stuffed mushrooms). I dreamed about them. We finally went, I had several and starting feeling unwell on the drive home. No sooner had I stepped through the door of the house than I threw up every last thing I'd eaten. Sigh.

Two weeks ago, we went to our favorite restauraunt. Its local and has an amazing salad bar. I don't know who was more sad, me or DH. Still having trouble coping!

I saw the Rice Krispie Treat cereal at Meijer over the summer! They DO still make it, it's just hard to find. Good luck! Smile

Thanks! But, they don't ship to Canada!!! Boo!! I don't think it's available here, I searched on the Canadian Kellogs' site lol
