I am a fan of some unisex names and I also want to call my child the name I give them. I know this isn't very popular, but I really like the name Charlie for a girl and don't want to name her Charlotte so that I can call her Charlie. No judgment on anyone else, just my style.
I really like this board and appreciate the support and constructive comments.
The middle name will be Marilyn (my mom) or Melissa (my Sister). The baby is taking my husbands last name and not mine so I get full rights on the middle name. ![]()
The first names: Charlie, Molly, Alex, Morgan, Ellen, and Grey (my husband's favorite that I am trying to hop on board with)
If any names come to you once you see the list, feel free to give suggestions. Thanks so much ladies and have a great Sunday!

I know someone that recently named her daughter Charlie (Charlee?) Jane. I wasn't sure at first but now really like it. But one of my favorite girl names is Rory which is really a traditional male name. I also like Elliot for a girl.
I think in the end it matters what you and DH want, not everyone else. My only advice if you want it is to maybe give a more traditional/feminine middle name. If you daughter is an adult and doesn't want to use Charlie or Grey she would have another option. I just don't think Marilyn or Melissa flow that well with Charlie or Grey.
If you really want opinions post on Baby Names Board. They will be brutal!
Jade or Casey are both unisex and would flow nicely with either middle names you picked. Like Addison/Addisyn, you could try Graysen/Greyson.
Of the names you already chose, Ellen Melissa flows beautifully.
I like Morgan.
Molly, Alex and Charlie seem too nicknamey to me, as I prefer a more formal first name that can then be shortened.
Ellen and Grey aren't my style.
Melissa seems to flow as a middle name better than Marilyn to me.
